I love to write but held off blogging to get to the idea of my project. But now it’s clear! In the last year or so I’ve been teaching a lot at Zen & Yoga in Forest Hills in Queens, and I’ve come to specialize in restorative and beginner classes (Basic Yoga and Yoga I). So there it is. I love doing this stuff, and I want to share it, all the stories as they come up, and the contemplations. Thanks for dropping by.

Yeah we angsted over that. The other theme was kinda me, but maybe too in-yo-face.
This is a photo theme, and I’m pretty low-fi in terms of that, but I love that it changes color according to the photo,
and as you say, it’s more in the spirit…. Thanks Ginge.
