Five Things I Like About Yoga
1. Never feel like I’m wasting time when I’m doing yoga.
2. Yoga is’ like superior to everthing else in life. Like, if you’r not doing yoga, you’r totally, like, stupid. What ezactly do you think you’r doingg? You fooool! Are you like, an intelitual snob not ntouch with you’r body?
3. Okay, one more time, seriously now, from the top….
4. After doing yoga I feel stronger, slightly more flexible, and at least slightly more relaxed.
5. Concentration on the breath is a good thing. No question.
