Last night good!
Energy in the room!
I don’t know that I achieved the column of air state, but it was definitely an upper. I bookended with some restful supported poses to get a notion on stillness, then the rest of time it was go go go, but at Yoga I level (okay maybe a little on the outside edege of that). I think I came up with one sequence that I’ll use a lot. Modified it this morning.
Afterward I stayed for Jason’s Zen Yoga. I’d only done a workshop with him. Class was different, loved it. Lots of fascinating, unusual movement. I want to do more of this, really learn it.
Today an unyet decided midafternoon class, maybe Emily Mudd, then two Matkin classes, then back to Forest Hills for my restorative at the too late hour of 8:45.
