I’ve been writing a lot lately but not much for MrYogaTeacherMan, so I just want to post this so the site won’t feel so abandoned. ‘Fact I wrote a fairly long piece for the site yesterday regarding “spirituality” but it’s just not right, needs more cook time. And I also have a few other ideas, such as a screed re home practice and what sort of practice I have (inspired by a conversation with David Rubenstein), and also something about why I think yoga should be taught in schools, and how it should be taught. Re the latter, I’m waiting to get to the next step in volunteering at the Lineage Project, which brings yoga to troubled kids – they sent me a promising response to my query.
Also, I want to mention now that I’ve taken my two long essays on yoga history off this site, only because they’re earlier versions. I’ve started revising, hopefully in time for the next teacher training, but I just don’t feel that they represent my thinking at this stage.
Last night’s Basic Class went well, a good feeling in the room. Sometimes the enthusiasm is palpable.
Lastly, I’ve gotten into juicing, thanks mainly to Richard Dweck. What took me so long? I love it. Thanks Richard! Please refer to visuals….
Cheers.

I’m still working on the Sanskrit name for juicing. Right On brother! Keep those wheels turning and publish your best juicing combinations.
Let me know how that goes, with your Sanskrit! I still haven’t found the elixir, I’m more at the stage of learning what doesn’t work for me, and for my rudimentary juicer. Cheers!
